Gemini graduated from Bart’s and The Royal London, School of Dentistry, in 2005. She obtained membership of the Joint Dental Faculties, The Royal College of Surgeons (MJDF RCS Eng) in 2010 and completed post graduate training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Bedford Hospital in 2012 where she is currently a Speciality Doctor in Oral Surgery one day a week.

Gemini has also completed a 3 year implant programme at the internationally acclaimed Eastman Dental Institute, University College London. With over 10 years in general practice, she is highly experienced in all aspects of modern family dentistry including cosmetic dentistry, teeth whitening, teeth straightening, dental implants and complex wisdom teeth removal.

Gemini is an extremely approachable dentist who welcomes all nervous patients and patients of all ages. She is a well-rounded dentist who enjoys the opportunity to provide the best possible standards in oral health. Gemini is continuously committed to on-going professional developments to enhance her knowledge and skills.

Gemini’s hobbies include keeping fit, travelling and reading. Qualifications- BDS (Lond) – Bart’s and London School of Dentistry 2005, MJDF RCS Eng – 2010. Gemini's areas of special clinical interest- Gemini has a keen interest in aesthetic dentistry, oral surgery and implants.

Dr Alexandra Bruce graduated from Sheffield University (BDS with Honours) in 2013. Since 2013 she has worked in both private and NHS practices and carried out an oral and maxillofacial surgery training post at Luton and Dunstable hospital before joining Two Mile Ash in September 2016.

Alexandra provides a broad range of treatments including root canal treatment, composite restorations, Enlighten teeth whitening and Invisalign Clear Braces system.

She undertakes quality dental care for both adults and children ensuring their best interests are at the forefront of her provision.

Alexandra dedicates her clinical time looking after her patients at Two Mile Ash seeing new and existing patients under Denplan Care, Denplan Essentials and on a Fee-Per-Item basis.

Outside work Alexandra keeps active by playing badminton, running and going on long bike rides. She also enjoys winding down with a good movie with friends as well as doing cross stitch.

Karrar graduated in 2011 and from early clinical years I had an interest in restorative and cosmetic dental treatments. Karrar is always keen to learn and strives to improve the level of dentistry he can offer on a day to day basis. Since graduation Karrar has undertaken extensive Cosmetic Postgraduate Training from the most prominent dentists in the UK, this enables him to provide the most up to date treatments to his patients.

Karrar particularly enjoys minimally invasive cosmetic dentistry, orthodontics (teeth straightening), difficult extractions and endodontics (root-canal treatment). He is also a qualified Facial Aesthetic practitioner and provides anti-wrinkle injections, dermal fillers and lip augmentation treatments.

Karrar enjoys all aspects of dentistry and takes great pride on achieving patient’s expectations. He is committed to looking after his long term and new patients, who perhaps haven’t been to dentist for a long time. With his calm and professional approach, he is here to give advice from slight aesthetic treatment to much more advanced options.
Throughout your consultation and treatment, he usually takes before and after photographs as he believes they are invaluable in communicating his patient's smile. Patient’s also find this helps them visualise improvements more and understand the reasoning behind his treatment recommendations.

Outside of work, Karrar likes playing 5 a side football and also likes travelling with his wife and two young daughters.

Adam graduated from Cardiff University Dental School in 2021 and initially joined a busy practice treating children and adults, providing both NHS and Private care.

He then moved to a large corporate dental practice where he delivered more private and cosmetic treatment provisions, as well as becoming a certified SmileFast provider.

Adam has gained experience and confidence in many areas of general dentistry. He thoroughly enjoys the variety that comes in general practice.

Adam recognises every patient as a unique individual and develops with them tailored treatment plans to suit their needs.

Whilst being a generalist, Adam has developed a particular fondness for endodontics and restorative work, ranging from simple fillings to full mouth rehabilitations.

As there are many treatment options within dentistry, Adam is more than happy to sit down and discuss the benefits and risks of all relevant options to allow you to make an informed decision for the betterment of your oral health.

Outside of dentistry, Adam enjoys spending time with family (including his two cats!), going on scenic cycle routes as well as sitting down to read a good book.

Dr Rachael Otukoya is a highly skilled and compassionate dentist, having earned her dental degree from the University of Sheffield in 2015. Her extensive training includes a year of foundation practice, followed by two years in hospital settings, where she gained invaluable experience in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Adult Special Care Dentistry, and Dental Public Health. These roles have equipped her with a diverse skill set and a comprehensive approach to patient care.

In her current practice, Dr Otukoya offers a broad range of treatments, including general dentistry and advanced cosmetic solutions. She is skilled in ClearCorrect clear aligners, Enlighten and Phillips tooth whitening, and is accredited in providing cutting-edge Dentuvo Digital Dentures and composite bonding. Her expertise extends to composite fillings, white crowns, and other private treatments, ensuring her patients receive the highest quality care. Additionally, as a mentor to newly qualified dentists, she is committed to fostering the next generation of dental professionals.

Dr Otukoya is particularly passionate about treating anxious patients and is dedicated to delivering holistic, patient-centred care that prioritizes comfort and wellbeing. Her warm, empathetic approach makes her a trusted and reassuring presence for those who may feel nervous about dental visits.

Outside of her professional life, Dr Otukoya enjoys staying active through regular gym workouts, traveling, and spending quality time with friends and family.

Joe first qualified in 1987 gaining his National Diploma in Science (DT) BTEC before gaining a Diploma as a Clinical Dental Technician RCS Eng in 2011.

Joe’s laboratory is located in Newport Pagnell but operates a clinic on a weekly basis in practice, offering dentures to replace missing teeth and new dentures to replace ill-fitting or broken dentures.
